Bates Service is a response to the growing desire to lead the way in the reuse of materials and machines throughout the United States. We are committed to working with a variety of partners to minimize waste by providing excellent customer service. Bates is a trusted name in the refurbishing of machines in order to give every machine a second life. We work with packaging partners to utilize flexibility in design to minimize additional packaging waste.

Multi-site approach

Bates Inc has launched multiple locations throughout the United States of America in order to minimize both wait times and fuel usage to repair or refurbish a customer machine. The multi-site approach has given Bates the opportunity to partner with a variety of local vendors so not everything is shipped by the manufacturers overseas.

Goals for next year

As we look to reduce our carbon footprint, we are targeting a variety of new products and vendors that will partner with us to reduce our footprint by 20% in 2022. LED lights will reduce electrical usage by 50%. New vendors like Green Chip will help us recycle 100% of our machine spare parts.
